Lo spazio è situato all'interno di una villa storica, al piano terra. Si compone di due sale con volte ad arco e splendide finestre ad arco su tre lati, che danno sul giardino della villa. Lo spazio dedicato alle mostre ha un'area calpestabile di circa 50 m². E' dotato di teche espositive in metallo (2 di cm 110 x 390, 1 di cm 110 x 260). Il giardino ha aiuole e alberi e anche un'area a prato, già utilizzata per spettacoli all'aperto e installazioni collegate alle mostre allestite all'interno dell'Urban center.
